Bridges Senior Care Solutions, Inc. offers guardian and conservator services to the community. This promotes functional independence within the client's limitations and assists with financial management and medical decisions. We have formed alliances with local attorneys, judges, and social service agencies in order to provide this program as seamlessly as possible.

There are many seniors in t he area that can benefit from either a guardian or a conservator. Some may be physically and/or cognitively impaired and unable to manage their own affairs on a day-to-day basis. These may be individuals who have no family willing or able to serve in this capacity. Bridges identified the unmet needs of this population and rose to the challenge.

Through a grant administered by the Virginia Department for the Aging we are also able to offer these services to those clients that are determined to be indigent. We serve many areas of Virginia including: Northern, Central, Northwestern and the Northern Neck of Virginia.

With our experience in both long-term care and with clients with disabilities we are able to assist with medical decision making in accordance with the individual's wishes. In order to achieve these goals we will confer with family and friends and will examine the individual's history of decision-making regarding medical care.

In addition to health care decisions, our experienced financial team is able to assist with daily money management, strategic investments and long-term fiscal planning.

Through regular monitoring, Bridges enables the individual to retain their independence within their functional abilities while providing caring and nurturing guidance.
